Sara Piazza > December 4, 2009 I had a forty-five-minute slot into which to fit a bike ride - which I desperately needed - a couple of days ago. Threw the 40D on my shoulder, just in case, but not really expecting much, nor did I have the time to put into photos. But a little street-side stand in Chinatown did catch my eye. This is one of three shots I took that day, literally all I had time for. I posted this, not thinking it was earth-shattering - which it definitely is not - but because, 1. I am addicted to photography and had to; 2. This is so much better than the *nothing* I came so close to coming home with; 3. To prove that it's possible to make something out of practically nothing.
